  KAM comes with basic Goldkey service and IKAM with advance Goldkey Plus service. KAM helps you with solving your account issues, posting of products etc. only whereas IKAM is your 1-hour dedicated buyer fetcher. IKAM contacts buyers, connects with them and forward you interested leads.

• Why tradekey website works/open very slowly? why can't i get the verification code in my email? what is this 'Value error' comes when i try to upload product

  Tradekey website opens slowly because of Great Firewall of China. Our website opens in approx 1.2 seconds in all other countries. We are working to resolve the website open time in China. If you're having severe timing problems, please share your IP address with us so we can check from our system and help you. Verification code is at times delivered to junk/spam, so please check your spam folder otherwise resend the verification request or ask a Tradekey representative to verify your account.

• Why not I received confirmation code?

  Verification codes are system generated. Due to high traffic on our website servers, the emails are at times delivered to spam folder. If you're unable to receive it in your spam folder, please contact a Tradekey representative to verify your account.

• What is the difference in Free Membership and Premium Membership?

  Free Membership is free of any charge. You can post 10 products with limited features in Free Membership. In Premium Membership, you have full access to Tradekey buyer database and additional Tradekey services such as SEO, SEM, SMM, Website Design etc. There are Gold and VIP service packages under Premium Memberships.

  Paid suppliers get priority ranking on Tradekey depending upon the service they purchase, either Gold or VIP service package. It doesn't come with Silver membership. If you want to buy Top Rank stand-alone service, we offer that too.

• if your responsibilities are not fulfilled, there should be a way to solve because we will pay in advance for your services and now all are promises only

  Tradekey customer's satisfaction is our priority. We share a legal contract mentioning the list of services and we provide all the services mentioned in the contract. However, if we fail to fulfill them such as if we fail to provide SEO rankings for agreed time period; we will extend the tenure until agreed tenure is achieved. For any special case, you can contact our Complaint department (CC to Sales and Line Manager). We will then investigate the matter and make sure the promises are fulfilled as made.

• what if the ranking fail ? A contract should mention penalty if the responsibilities are not fulfilled

  Tradekey provides guarantee to premium member to bring their website on the 1st page for the promised keywords. We will mention proper time line as well (Setup time + Ranking time). If the SEO rankings for promised keywords are dropped before agreed tenure, we will provide compensation time according to agreed tenure as promised in contract.

• what keywords will i get in SEO ?

Based on a mutual understanding, we finalize the keywords on your agreement. Once finalized, we then start the process of optimization over selected keywords.

• Why you offer SEO for just 6 months ?

  The package such as Gold and VIP includes SEO for 6 months. However, if you want more duration for SEO, you can get it by paying more. Since SEO for your keywords will require daily human efforts so we charge extra for that.

• why i cannot see Tradekey.com on Google ?

  Tradekey appears on Google.com for a number of keywords. If you do not see Tradekey on Google for specific keywords, that's because we believe in marketing our supplier's website first. Our suppliers stand out from the crowd by getting in to search engines first.

• What is the difference between VIP, Goldkey Plus, Goldkey and Silverkey?

• Why Silverkey have 15 products and Goldkey 10 products?

• I want to try Silverkey first, if SilverKey is good then I will go for higher services?

  You can start with Silver Key but please know it's a do it yourself solution. You do not get any KAM like you do in Gold, who provides you basic assistance such as product posting, solving your accounts issues etc. You also do not get an IKAM like you do in Gold Plus service, who works 1 hour for you every day to fetch buyers. Otherwise, you can also ask a friend or customer in another country to verify the rankings for you. If you are a technical person, so you can use VPN as a last resort to verify your rankings.

• what is the difference between sell offers and products ?

  Products are the product you post to your Tradekey profile; these are the products you see in Tradekey search result pages. Whereas, Sell offers are your special promotion offers on some of your products that you want to display on your profile. Sell offers are considered at sale whereas products are displayed at normal pricing.

• there are so many supplier on tradekey how you bring our website on first page with keywords.?
